This website provides general information about HD Produce Group LLC, its planned businesses and technology ventures, produce operations and commercial expertise, FreshCore ERP, and published insights.
3. No engagement created through the website
Submitting a contact form or sending an email does not create a business relationship, consulting engagement, contract, or other professional relationship. A project begins only after scope, responsibilities, compensation, and applicable terms are agreed separately. Website content is not a proposal, quote, guarantee, or binding offer unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
4. No regulated professional advice
Website content is general business and operational information. It is not legal, accounting, tax, or financial advice; a food-safety certification; regulatory approval; or a guarantee of PACA, USDA, FDA, state, or other compliance. Hunter may help clients understand operational requirements, but appropriately qualified advisers and authorities should address legal, tax, accounting, certification, and regulatory determinations.
5. Produce transaction roles
The website alone does not establish HD Produce Group LLC as a buyer, seller, broker, commission merchant, dealer, shipper, receiver, grower representative, fiduciary, or agent for any visitor. Any actual role must be defined in a separate written arrangement and comply with applicable requirements.
6. FreshCore ERP
FreshCore information is provided for evaluation and informational purposes. Access to this public website does not grant a software license or any right to copy, access, deploy, resell, modify, or reverse engineer FreshCore. Product availability, scope, licensing, deployment, support, and pricing are determined separately.
Features and development status may evolve. No guaranteed savings, adoption, compatibility, or business outcome is represented. A FreshCore Review is an evaluation and does not itself create a software license or implementation agreement.
7. Accuracy and changes
Reasonable efforts are made to keep information useful and accurate, but produce markets, software features, regulations, availability, and business conditions can change. The website may be corrected, updated, or changed without notice.
8. Intellectual property
Site copy, graphics, branding, layouts, original diagrams, articles, project materials, and FreshCore-related materials are protected to the extent applicable. Visitors may view and use the public website for ordinary personal and business evaluation.
